Publisher's note: Marta recently retired as the head of the Southwest Department in the El Paso Main Library. She lives in San Elizario and started to collect and borrow these wedding photos a few years ago. She added a little history telling about some of the wedding traditions. This is a beautiful record of history, a welcome addition to any southwest home library.
